49 Degrees North Nordic Centre
The 49 Degrees North Nordic Centre offers visitors access to a variety of winter activities conveniently in one location. Cross country skiers can enjoy miles of groomed trails and there is plenty of snowshoeing terrain to explore. Cross country skis and snowshoes are available to rent and there is a warm, cosy yurt located at the trail head where visitors can warm up with a hot beverage and snacks. Lessons are available on weekends. The Nordic Centre is located next to the 49 Degrees North Ski Area.

Located on 1,265 acres of great skiing 49 Degrees offers five lifts with a top elevation of 5,774 feet, base elevation of 3,956 feet, and an average snowfall of 240 inches. The ski terrain is novice 30%, intermediate 40%, advanced 25%, and expert 5%. Daycare available and on non-holiday midweek daycare is free.
